Design guidelines for part-time (online) Bachelor programs
Samenvatting
For curriculum design, literature and research provide a multitude of insights. Ten experts in the field of (online) part-time education juxtaposed their own experiences with these insights. The experts' input was analyzed and brought together based on: • significance: specific to target part time Bachelor students; • scope: the proposal is generalizable to multiple contexts; • trend: the thrust and importance of the proposal is shared by multiple experts. This resulted in a number of design guidelines that are shared in this paper. The design guidelines are elaborated in three categories; the program, the learning process and the organization, distinguishing between essential or program-dependent design principles.
