Samenvatting

This research is part of creating an integrated portfolio of
services named Cloud Transformation Services to help customers assess, design and transform their business and service models to cloud based services. The vision of this integrated portfolio is to establish Atos as a market leading technology partner for enterprises intending to adopt cloud services.

The purpose of this research is to find out what is inside
workplace transitions and how they can be presented in a logical manner. This research is based on desk-research, interviews and
looking into actual transitions. This research was conducted
between October 2012 and March 2013 at Atos Utrecht.
