This report presents the findings of a study on the needs of potential customers in the field of social media marketing. The aim of this study is to make recommendations about delivering value to potential customers by responding to their needs. The problem definition below has been answered by this study: What are the needs of potential Social Monster customers in the field of social media marketing?
The research is based on a combination of theories on describing a value proposition about the needs of customers. The Value Proposition Canvas developed by Alexander Osterwalder is used as a mean structure of this research. This model can be used to not only examine the problems and needs of potential customers, but also the correct company response. Ultimately, a value proposition can be devised based on this model.
