The Dutch financial sector and social media

Samenvatting

his research report focuses on the role of social media on the Dutch financial sector. Did social media contributed to the change of image of the Dutch financial sector during and after the financial crisis? And what was the image of the Dutch financial sector before the crisis?
Also different types of trends will be highlighted that are influencing the financial sector. The aim of this report is to know how to implement social media within a communication strategy of a company. A specific focus will be on the communication between banks and customers and the best approach on how to apply social media.
