Yoshino developed a manual for story telling, when he was involved in KANPRO, the famous management development program of Toyota in 1979-1982. It was recognized by the board of Toyota that managers of all layers in the organization needed training in story telling. In the era of Lean 4.0, story telling is even more important because of the increasing integration of activities of different department.
During this session, attendees will learn key elements of developing a concise story about the progress of their project. Being able to present focused and concise stories is essential for the required communication in companies.
