Samenvatting

Documentation is the bed rock of any organization. The strength of any organization depends on the quality of its pepople and its current business environment. Peple depend on each other to archieve the team's goals and subsequently the organizations. This project was done at the NXP semiconductors; a company which makes microchips used in phones, radio, television, etc. BP & A solution team is part of its IT team. This project assignment is to design a documentation structure that will be quick to respond to services and give BP&A a competitive edge in its work domain. This assignment delivers a detailed structure and way of working to describe the current situation, as well as changes to the various business applications within the SCM domain. It does not deliver software.
