Windsor Plaza hotel is an international 5-star hotel chain across Asia, which has capital investment from Taiwan. Windsor Plaza hotels around the Asia have been facing unprecedented competition within the hospitality industry since hospitality has become the hottest trend attracting plenty of investment and Windsor Plaza in Vietnam is not an exception. In order to obtain specific competitive advantages among current aggressive competitors, their staff, who represent the company and are the ones who deliver their services directly to customers, need to have sufficient knowledge about hospitality as well as obtain professional working skills in this filed. Hence, training courses for employees are recognized to play an essential role in developing employees, among all the HR management operational activities. Mr. Nguyen Le, A supervisor of HR Department carries out the project for the remarkable new change in the employees training program. He entrusts the writer to conduct this thesis project to give suggestions based on the result of research in order to set up a completely new training course.
