Samenvatting

The following research aims to investigate the effects that gendered language of culturally diverse has on talent inclusivity. In order to do so, the researcher has conducted a critical discourse analysis of twenty-one job descriptions, seven written in English, seven in Italian and eight in German. The results of the data analysis confirm the existinting literature on the presence of biases in job descriptions no matter the language of origin.

Consequently, through co-creation with relevant stakeholders, the researcher suggests that conducting a program starting with a "Lunch & Learn" session on gender stereotypes and unconscious bias is the correct intervention because it gives the opportunity to employees to build social capital and a space to safely voice their opinions. Lastly, the researcher suggested methods based on Change Management theory to implement and evaluate this solution.
