The following study commissioned by Norbert Verheijen, explores how Petruz, a superfood company, looking to enter the market and sell their products in the Netherlands, can overcome the difficulties and risks that entering a new market brings, to ensure the success of the company’s expansion. Due to high likelihood of market entry failures, entering a new market requires thorough market assessment and numerous factors should be taken into consideration to maximize future success, while not overlooking that marketing is the most powerful tool a company can use.
