This research is to gather insights into Talent mobility across brand portfolio’s, the support they are receiving from TM and the internal barriers that are possible hindering and limiting their mobility aspirations.
Talent are unanimously supported in their endeavours of mobility, facing the consequences of their Job Embeddedness whilst transiting through brands. Talent Management representatives are clearly supporting during the process but stop the support once the move completed. There is a need to extend the support through the onboarding process, to help Talent adjust and fit into the new values and company culture. With better help in adjusting, Talent can counter Job Embeddedness factors and successfully experience mobility across portfolios.
