This publication addresses the practical research of the Sustainable Cooperative Entrepeneurship (SCE) research group at Hanze University of Applied Science (UAS) Groningen. The SCE research group links market, education and public administration in their commitment to improve local and regional resillience and innovation capacity. The SCE research group designates this as Next Education, Next governanace and Next Business, which is applied and tested by practitioners at Regional Cooperative Westerkwartier and the Cooperative Community Helpman/De Wijert in Groningen city.
