Samenvatting

My research project delves into sentiment analysis of 11,005 English-language TripAdvisor reviews of culinary establishments in Hordaland, Norway, aiming to offer actionable insights for culinary establishment owners / operators in the region. By analyzing positive and negative aspects and overall sentiments across seasons and traveler types, the study fills a knowledge gap in a previously unexplored region. Key findings highlight the dominance of positive sentiment, seasonal variations in negative feedback regarding price and service, and actionable recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction
