This research focuses on the preferences of French Generation Z consumers (born between 1996 and 2010) regarding wine closures, specifically between cork and screw cap closures. This demographic is known as the "technology-native" generation and are characterized by their environmental consciousness. The research question is the following : What are the factors that influence French Generation Z consumers' preferences between cork or screw-cap wine closures?
